Okay, I know that Baltimore is not the same as DC, but all the same, I'd just love to meet some of my DC-area fellow bloggers and readers at this event Wednesday night, Jeanne willing:
7:00 pm, Fourth Floor Programming Room.
It seems as if the "Programming Room" (not one of Dan Brown's Opus Dei fantasies, btw) is in a building dedicated for the use of the college's Honors Program. Here's a campus map. If anyone can direct us to the right building, we'd appreciate it.

Amy -- Some of your readers are going to get mighty nervous about this presentation: Speaking at a Jesuit University!! They will fear that you will won't come back the same person. As for myself, I am delighted you will be at Loyola. And, I don't think there is ANY chance that a Jesuit university would have an Opus Dei connection.

Amy,
Almost finished w/the book. It's very excellent. Good luck on your talk.
Funny, I have not read a page since we have received the children on Sept 15--which means, we're back from Russia--since Sept 17. B-more is quite a trek from Alexandria, but we're quite busy w/ a 2.5 yr old and 15 mo old, both boys. They're growing physically and in all other ways, just in the 2 weeks we've been a family. They're adjusting to life with us little by little; we're adjusting as well, going from 0 to 2 children suddenly. Each day is a little easier for all our family. My husband pointed out that the boys are a gift from heaven. Indeed, from God himself. [The only reason I am online right now is that it's nap time.]

The correct building is #24 on the map. The 4th Floor Programming Room is (surprise) on the 4th floor.
