They said that crucifix was 9th century (IIRC). I noticed on the rerun, at one point, a rather ominous crow perched on the crossbar. It was looking at Jesus' bloody arm as if it rather thought it might be real. And edible.
Very "Three Ravens" and "Twa Corbies". Brrr.
